1. Data We Collect & How We Use It

Based on your interaction with the app, we process the following information:

• Organization Context: Information you (as an admin) provide about your organization (Industry, HQ Location, Number of Employees, Department Name/Activity). This is used solely to contextualize the culture reports.
• Survey Responses: Anonymous scores provided during the three stages of the survey. We use this data to calculate and visualize cultural dimensions.
• Email Address (Admins Only): We use your email to send unique access codes via Resend. We do not use this for marketing purposes.
• Session Data: We use temporary "cookies" to keep track of your progress during the survey so you don't lose your place.

2. Technology & Data Sub-processors

To provide a seamless experience, we use the following trusted third-party services:

• Google Firebase (Database & Hosting): Your survey data and organization profiles are securely stored in Firebase Firestore. Data is processed in the us-central1 region.
• Resend (Email Service): Used strictly for delivering admin access codes and company codes.
• Vercel/Next.js (Infrastructure): Our application logic runs on a secure server-side environment.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

• User Control: Admins have the power to delete their entire organization's data at any time via the Admin Dashboard. Once deleted, all associated survey sessions and organization details are permanently removed from our Firestore database.
• Anonymity: Survey responses from employees are not tied to names or individual identities, ensuring a safe space for honest feedback.

4. Cookies

We use "HTTP-only" cookies for session management (e.g., user_session, admin_session). These are technical necessities to ensure that your survey answers are saved to the correct session as you move between pages.
